About Intervention Hub
Our Vision
Intervention Hub envisions a world where every family has access to the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive. We strive to be a leading organization in the family support field by constantly innovating, collaborating, and advocating for families. We aim to provide an inclusive educational and therapy service for young children, with a primary focus on children aged 3 - 7 with behavioural challenges, learning difficulties and social uncertainties. We also offer support to all school aged children and their families as well as supporting young people transitioning into the workforce.

From our board of directors to our trained professionals, we all share a commitment to creating a better future for children and their families in our community.
Our Impact
Since our founding, Intervention Hub has positivity impacted the lives of many families in our community. From providing early intervention activities, school prep groups including school transitions, NDIS support and helping families access other therapies, we have made a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
